I landed safely Saturday, then not so safely in Tokyo Sunday! I fell down a flight of stairs at Shinjuku station in the rain. There were hundreds of people around and I was well taken care of by Elisa and 4 chinese tourists who were equipped with first aid stuff. My legs flipped up in the air and I took a huge brunt of the impact right on the base of my spine, then bumped down down down on my back! I do not recommend this, though it was an interesting way to meet people.
But I am here for the 4th time in my favourite city away from home, having a good time!
I will post some pics soon. I am off to Prague Sunday then London Tuesday.
I have caught up with lots of friends here already which has been great! Nick and Kaede, Gavin, Stickels, Marcus Lovitt, Elisa, Yoko and Yuki, and the wonderful host, Mr Dhugal! Shot a lovely 11 year old girl for my doco and Gavin and I are off to shoot another tomorrow in Chiba. ii tenki desu ne! - the weather is nice, so I am soaking it up.
